Terms and conditions individual clients

The contract shall enter into force and effect at the time of its execution. The Contract shall be deemed to have been drawn up on the date of delivery of a duly completed and signed version of the Contract to the e-mail address of the travel agency. The duly completed contract sent via the registration form to the e-mail of the travel agency is also a commitment and payment basis for the payment of the contractual price of the tour.

The tour is bindingly booked from the moment of payment of a deposit of 50% of the tour price, which is subject to a cancellation fee and is non-refundable. The remaining amount is due no later than 14 days prior to the start of the tour and is also subject to a cancellation fee from the moment of payment (otherwise only by agreement). In the case of a one-day trip, the price of the trip is payable at the rate of 100% immediately and is non-refundable.

The interested party acknowledges that the price of the tour may be changed until the time of sending the invoice and payment, and that his/her registration is binding only after such payment has been made.

The interested party declares that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the program of the tour, in the form of an offer letter or on the website of the travel agency and agrees with the program and the price of the tour. The interested party acknowledges that in case of bad weather or intervention vis major the tour schedule may be changed and the ordered services may be replaced by others of the same or higher scope and quality (e.g. accommodation category).

 

All activities on tours, equestrian, sporting or otherwise, are solely at the participants’ own risk.

In the case of equestrian tours, participation is conditional on the signing of the conditions of participation of the respective equestrian club on site.

In the case of minors and children, by signing the application form, their legal guardians agree to participate in the tour and automatically assume full responsibility for their participation in the tour and its activities.

 

Emphatically we recommend that you take out suitable commercial travel insurance before travellingas the coverage of European health insurance may vary from country to country. It is also suitable in case of cancellation of the trip for medical reasons. If the participant decides not to take out travel insurance, he/she does so at his/her own risk and the travel agent is not obliged to provide assistance in the event of a medical problem.

By applying, the interested party enters into a contractual relationship with the travel agency (hereinafter referred to as “CK”) Ponte tour, s.r.o., Toplianska 2, 821 07 Bratislava, ID No.: 48053589, Tax ID No.: 2120064639, VAT ID No.: SK2120064639.

When paying, please indicate the variable symbol (contract no.) and put your name in the note.

The client hereby also declares that the above information is true and that he/she has been informed and agrees with the scope, quality and price of the services provided and with the terms and conditions stated in the tour schedule.

The tour application form (tour contract) is sent electronically and is considered binding (on your part and ours) even without a real or electronic signature. The final confirmation of the Tour Contract is the payment of the deposit or the full payment for the tour by the client and on the date of crediting the payment to the CK account we consider the contract to be definitively concluded.

The client hereby gives CK Ponte tour, s.r.o. consent:

– for the processing of personal data, as well as a special category of personal data for the purposes of the full provision of the services ordered;

– to provide and disclose personal data to CK’s contractual partners, in particular to provide personal data to the following entities – transport companies, insurance companies and accommodation establishments. Consent is given for the purpose of the full provision of the services ordered.
