INTRODUCTION OF THE APARTMENT

It is located on the ground floor of a 1-storey apartment building in a small condominium surrounded by typical Sardinian greenery. It is naturally air-conditioned in a stone building, so it is pleasantly cooled even in hot summer without the use of air conditioning, so even on the hottest days you are not at risk of catching a cold from the climate. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with bunk beds and an adjoining separate toilet with sink, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with the usual kitchen utensils, gas cooker, oven, kettle, fridge and mocha coffee machine. The terrace has a sea view. The apartment has a small garden from which the scents of myrtle, rosemary, lavender spread and where small children can safely entertain themselves. The apartment has a large terrace and a garden suitable for exercise or for children to run around. The apartment is in good transmitter range, so there is enough signal in the living areas for work or online meetings via mobile data.

SURROUNDINGS OF THE APARTMENT

The apartment is located in the popular resort, formerly a fishing village of Stintino, in the north-west of Sardinia. One of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia and probably of the Mediterranean , La Pelosa, is within walking distance, about 30 minutes by foot and 5 minutes by car. There are other beautiful beaches nearby with clear water such as: Ancora, Gabbiano, Cala Negra, Cala Lupo or Saline. The beach within walking distance from the apartment (approx. 13 min) is situated in a pleasant bay and is mainly used by locals and apartment owners and is therefore not crowded even in summer. The beaches in the vicinity have white sand and a gradual and long entrance to the sea, so they are safe even for children and non-swimmers. The centre of the town can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

For those who love hiking, there is an interesting trek to the top of Capo Falcone, right in Stintina, to the beautiful cliffs where you can watch the sunset over the sea.

HOW DO I GET THERE?

There is a direct bus from Alghero Airport in high season for € 3.60, which is 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. So you don’t have to count on additional high transport costs. The local bus also goes to all the surrounding beaches and costs about 3 min from the apartment – allowing you to visit up to 6 different beaches during your stay without needing a car.
